The Enduring Voices Foundation (EVF) was founded on the 15th January 2009, by Prof. Humphrey Ojwang, the late Prof. Duncan Okoth Okombo and other accomplished Scholars to:
At the policy level, EVF targets the National Assembly Members and Law enforcement agencies as well as educational institutions and civil society in general.
- Bring together Indigenous communities with scholars, scientists, the academia, the donor community, the civil society, policy makers and stakeholders to champion for human rights and self-determination of Indigenous people of Kenya.
- Facilitate socio-cultural, anthropological research and development projects that are contextually relevant to indigenous people and low income communities in Kenya and across sub Saharan Africa.

Our Mission
EVF’s mission is to bring together indigenous communities with scholars, scientists, the academia, the donor community, the civil society, policy makers, stakeholders and activists to champion for minority rights and self-determination of Indigenous people of Kenya, through capacity building, training, advocacy, sustainable development of projects and implementation of evidence-based programmes that are contextually relevant to Kenya and sub Saharan African.
